Our shipping terms are pretty simple. We provide free shipping on pretty much everything, all of the time, and to all 50 states. Most everything is delivered via U.S.P.S. 3-day Priority Mail within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your order.
Right now, we accept payments on all orders exclusively through PayPal since almost everyone knows them (did you know they're part of eBay?) and they guarantee that your credit card details will be 100% safe.
Our relationship with Dermalogic prohibits us from accepting orders from customers outside the U.S., so we don''t...sorry. We also do not accept orders paid via credit cards issued outside the U.S.
We do however accept foreign orders shipped to an A.P.O. or F.P.O. address, and our free shipping applies to those as well. We always try to help out the women and men serving our country abroad.
Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link that enables you track the order status whenever you want. You'll also receive a follow-up email with shipping details as soon as your order is shipped.

If you ever experience any problems with an order or any Dermalogica product that you've purchased from us, let us know and we'll do everything we can to try and make it right, including sending a free replacement or issuing you a store credit for the full purchase price.
With that said, you may also return pretty much any item for a refund within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened and the packaging is in new condition. We do however charge a 25% restocking charge on all refund requests to cover processing and the initial shipping costs. All returns must be sent with shipping prepaid by the customer.
If you ever need to return an item -- either for replacement, credit or refund -- simply login to your account, retrieve the order details by clicking the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail about your refund/credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
